Freedom Agent collects: email address, username, agent configuration (mission, knowledge base, skills), Telegram bot token, usage logs, and your OpenAI API key (encrypted). We do not collect data from Telegram beyond what is needed to operate your bot.
Data is used solely to provide and improve the service: creating and managing your AI agent, processing conversations via the OpenAI API, monitoring service health, and sending you account-related communications.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your agent's conversations are sent to OpenAI for processing, subject to their privacy policy. We use European infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany) for hosting.
Data is protected with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys and tokens are encrypted in the database. Server access is restricted to authorized personnel.
You can request access to, modification of, or deletion of your data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.
We use only technical session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
