By using Freedom Agent you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Freedom Agent is a platform that lets you create and manage AI agents on Telegram. Your agent uses your own OpenAI API key to process conversations.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, Telegram bot token, and OpenAI API key secure. Do not share credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Freedom Agent uses your OpenAI API key. All API call costs are your responsibility and are billed directly by OpenAI. We are not responsible for unexpected charges related to your API usage.
You agree not to use the service for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or violations of OpenAI's or Telegram's terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Content created by your agent belongs to you. Freedom Agent retains rights to the platform and service code.
You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data (agent, configuration, logs) will be removed within 30 days.
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
